What You'll Do
In this position, you'll represent Elite Windows by connecting with homeowners and creating positive first impressions. Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Speaking with homeowners to introduce our services.
- Scheduling appointments for our sales team.
- Following a proven process designed for consistency.
- Participating in regular coaching and skill development.
Every interaction helps strengthen your communication skills while building a foundation for long-term success in sales.
Compensation and Growth

- First Month: $5,000 to $8,000
- Consistent Performers: $6,000 to $15,000+ per month
- Career advancement based on reliability, growth, and results
